Streamer Coffee @ Shibuya, Tokyo

Opened by latte art champion, Hiroshi Sawada, this small coffee place is located in a quiet residential area of Shibuya. Decided to take a break from walking and grab a nice cup of coffee here!

Was very tempted to get a couple of donuts, especially those with green tea in it! The Military donut is so interesting! It has streaks of chocolate and green tea on its surface, forming the military camo patterns.

I got myself the Streamer Latte, the star drink of this place (for the coffee art!). It's served in this huge cup (almost like a soup bowl), which provides ample space for the latte art to be displayed in. The coffee barrister who made my drink created the intricate swirling patterns in my coffee cup so effortlessly. Just a swop of the milk jug and a couple of twists and viola! Pretty latte art!

While the coffee is really pretty, the latte was super milky- in fact, too much milk for my liking. But hey, the latte art is pretty! This is a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya crowds outside and people watch while sipping on your steaming cup of coffee.

Address:  1-20-28 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Website: http://streamercoffee.com/
